MUSA e-services was founded by Natya Sahira López-Rosado with a clear and heartfelt purpose: to enhance quality of life through purposeful recreation and genuine human connection.
With a professional background spanning corporate communications, marketing, special events, and administrative leadership across multiple industries in Puerto Rico, Natya has dedicated her career to creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Her work has consistently centered on strategic planning, coordination, and human-focused engagement—skills she now channels into serving the aging population through structured recreational support.
Inspired by a deep respect for older adults and a desire to create moments of joy, dignity, and connection, MUSA e-services was established to support senior living communities. By providing structured recreational programming that promotes participation, social connection, and emotional well-being, MUSA thoughtfully complements each community’s internal activities calendar.

In every logo, there is a mark. In ours, there is a soul.
Our brand is a hand-drawn promise of professional loyalty and joy. At first glance, you see a heart connecting the "s" and the "a" in our name. But look closer: that red-orange heart represents the red nose of our beloved MUSA.
This is what we call the "MUSA Heart." We chose this symbol to represent "Amor del Bueno"—that steadfast, pure devotion that only a most loyal companion can give. It is a visual anchor that reminds us that at MUSA e-services, human connection and professional integrity are at the center of everything we do.
